Puzzle Freight Keeps Aircraft Flying with Urgent On-Board Courier Delivery

We understand that when it comes to aerospace logistics, speed and precision are everything. Recently, our team was called into action to resolve a critical situation at Kuwait International Airport, where a grounded aircraft required an urgent shipment to return to service.


The request came through at 11:40am UK time on Sunday. With the clock ticking and significant operational costs mounting for the airline, Puzzle Freight immediately activated its emergency response team. An on-board courier (OBC) was dispatched to personally accompany the shipment, ensuring it moved securely and without delay through every stage of the journey.


By the early hours of Monday morning, the mission was complete. At 06:57 local time in Kuwait, the shipment was successfully handed over directly to the engineer at the airport, allowing vital repair work to begin.
